Monument to Ferdinand Raimund in Vienna

His monument stands next to the Volkstheater in the Weghuberpark. The work designed by Franz Vogel shows Ferdinand Raimund in Biedermeier clothing sitting on a bench. The lady behind him represents a fairy, who differs from a classic angel by her dragonfly-shaped wings and a star on the forehead.
