Decorating a cake in Zwentendorf, Austria

At the Rosencafe in Zwentendorf, I joined a lesson in decorating a cake. The lesson was given by the cafe owner, Mrs. Helga Fidler-Himsel. Besides that, the area is also interesting for industry buffs.

Decorating a cake

After an introduction to different methods of decorating a cake, I was told how to create the small pieces of a flower, how to paint them and how to move the result from my workspace up to the cake. Well, one can see the result above.

Nuclear power plant

By the way, there is a nuclear power plant nearby. Zwentendorf was the first and only nuclear power plant in Austria. It never went into operation. There are guided tours, but you have to book beforehand.
